Brivibas 171 is a modern office building located on Riga’s central street. The building has been developed by MID Baltic Realty Limited branch.

The building is managed by its affiliate, Spire Baltic SIA. Design was carried out by architectural firm KUBS SIA. One of the striking features of the building is its glass and aluminium curvilinear facade, which provides for the maximum inflow of natural light. The building is also recognizable for the grand oak, which grows next to the building. Brivibas 171 has five full floors of office space, totalling 2,600 sqm. In addition, there are 62 parking spaces available on two separate levels. Brivibas 171 has been commissioned in 2006.
